About Us

Carolina Baez

Studio Director

Carolina is originally from Paraguay. She started dancing at the age of six and has followed her life long passion for dance by studying all forms of dance including ballet, jazz, pointe, folk, contemporary and ballroom.  Carolina received her associates degree in Musical Theater and continues training at Peridance Capezio Center in New York.  Carolina received her certification in Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) in April 2017.

Carolina started teaching at age 17 and was later a dancer-choreographer on a well known TV program in Paraguay and Chile.  She also competed professionally in South America and United States.

Carolina's goal is to inspire her students to discover and love dance as much as she does.

Jenna Murphy

Licensed Zumba Instructor

With a thriving career in the hospitality industry and 2 beautiful boys, I became a Jazzercise instructor in 2010. The exercise was not only good for my "post children" body but also fantastic for the mind and soul!

I enjoyed spreading fitness love so much I decided to quit my full-time job  and in 2012.  I became a AFAA certified group fitness instructor, W.I.T.S. certified personal trainer and Zumba instructor. I took my fitness knowledge and traveled throughout Morris county dancing and training members in gyms, dance studios and corporate companies.

I am so excited to continue to spread my love of fitness here at Dance & Show Performing Arts! I promise you sweat and a great work out while having fun!
